Need a dose of dog joy in your day?
Our Bark Break Program — also known as Doggy’s Day Out — lets approved volunteers take one of our shelter dogs out for an adventure!
Whether it’s a walk, jog, coffee run, park playdate, couch nap, or even a Netflix binge, your time together gives our pups the one thing they crave most — a break from the kennel. 🖤
Every Bark Break helps our dogs:
Burn off energy and de-stress
Practice social skills in new environments
Show off their amazing personalities for potential adopters and rescues
And it helps us learn more about them!
Your feedback helps us write better bios, find better matches, and set them up for success.
