Rebel Animal Rescue is dedicated to helping homeless pets find loving, permanent homes. Through our foster-based rescue program, weekly adoption events, and community partnerships, we work to match dogs and cats with families where they can thrive.
Most of our animals are available for local adoption, giving adopters the opportunity to meet and get to know them before bringing them home. We also occasionally partner with trusted rescue organizations and transport programs to expand opportunities for pets in our care.
As a proud Petco Love Partner, we host weekly adoption events at Petco to help connect adoptable pets with families throughout the Texas Panhandle.
Weekly Adoption Events

All Other Months: Sundays 2:00 PM–4:00 PM
We encourage prospective adopters to visit our weekly adoption events to meet available dogs and cats, ask questions, and learn more about the adoption process.
If you're interested in a specific animal, we recommend submitting an application before attending an adoption event.
Private meet and greets are available on a limited basis and are typically reserved for special circumstances.
Please note that we do not place adoption holds. Adoptable animals remain available until an adoption is finalized.
